Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of custom-made products, returns and exchanges may not be accepted unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue.

Incorrect Orders

If we have made an error with your order, we will work with you to provide a replacement or suitable resolution.

Customisation Errors

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customisation details before submitting an order. Malkia Enterprise is not responsible for errors submitted during checkout.
